General description
Epiligrin 是人角质形成细胞胞外基质的主要成分，是质膜和粘着斑中 α3β1 的首选整合素配体，并与半脂质体中的 α6β4 共定位。{Domloge-Hultsch, et al (1992) J Clin Invest 90(4):1628-1633}.表皮基底膜的主要糖蛋白，由 170、145 和 135 kD 的三个二硫键结合的亚基组成。Epiligrin 是 α3/β1 整联素的主要配体，在皮肤的透明板中尤为突出，在致命的结缔性表皮松解性大疱性患者中不存在。如今，Epiligrin 与层粘连蛋白 5（也称 Bm600、nicein 和 kalinin）完全相同。层粘连蛋白 5（表皮整联配体蛋白，Carter et al, 1991 Cell 65(4):599-610）作为上皮 BM 的主要配体，通过体内整联素 a6b4 在稳态组织中介导细胞锚定（粘附而不迁移），并通过整合素a3b1 在伤口修复中介导迁移细胞。
