General description
整联蛋白β-1（也称为CD29）是一种130 kDa的跨膜糖蛋白，可与多种整联蛋白α亚基（包括α1、α2、α3、α4、α5和α6）形成非共价复合物，以形成与特定细胞外基质蛋白结合的功能性受体。整联蛋白受体参与调节多种重要的生物学功能，包括胚胎发育、伤口修复、止血和防止程序性细胞死亡。它们还涉及异常的病理状态，例如肿瘤定向的血管生成、肿瘤细胞生长和转移。这些异二聚体受体将细胞质肌动蛋白细胞骨架与细胞外基质和/或相邻细胞中存在的蛋白质进行桥接。整联蛋白与细胞外基质之间的相互作用会导致信号转导途径的激活和基因表达的调节。
