抗整联蛋白α2β1抗体，克隆BHA2.1是一种抗整联蛋白α2β1的抗体，用于FC、IH、IH（P）&IP。
流式细胞术： 10 μg/mL
免疫沉淀: 从10E6细胞当量的裂解物中进行VLA-2整联蛋白的免疫沉淀需要2-5μg BHA2.1
冷冻组织切片的免疫组化： 5μg/mL
石蜡切片中的免疫组化： 1:50。 使用80%乙醇中的0.5%H2O2阻断内源性过氧化物酶30分钟，非特异性反应使用PBS中的NGS 1：5，室温下20分钟。 Bouins ′固定液已成功使用。 培养时间，条件：24小时；4°C；预处理：0.1%胰蛋白酶，30 min，37°C。 细胞膜附近的胞浆内染色。
可能由于所涉及表位的构象特性，无法通过蛋白质印迹检测α2整联蛋白亚基。BHA2.1的表位取决于α2整联蛋白亚基的（I）结构域的存在，并且不结合缺少I结构域的VLA-2变体。
功能阻断： BHA2.1抑制VLA-2介导的细胞对胶原和层粘连蛋白的粘连；通常可以在10 μg/mL的最终浓度下实现完全抑制。
最终工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
