General description

掺入DNA的溴脱氧尿苷(BrdU)的免疫细胞化学检测是研究正常细胞和赘生性细胞的细胞动力学的有力工具。用胸苷类似物BrdU体外或体内标记肿瘤细胞,然后用特异性抗BrdU单克隆抗体检测掺入的BrdU是定量DNA合成程度的准确全面的方法。BrdU被掺入S期细胞的新合成DNA中,因此可以为S期细胞比例提供估计值。还可以通过双变量BrdU/DNA流式细胞术分析获得动态增殖信息(例如S期转运率和潜在的倍增时间)。
