General description

48 & 46 kDa
CNPase(2′,3-′环核苷酸3′-磷酸二酯酶[或-磷酸水解酶],EC 3.1.4.37)以非常高的高水平存在于大脑和外周神经中。这种酶几乎仅在少突胶质细胞和雪旺氏细胞中发现,这些细胞分别在中枢和外周神经系统中形成髓磷脂。
