免疫组化
1)应使用新鲜组织（人） （死后3-6 小时）。组织应浸入2%多聚甲醛/0.1%戊二醛。制备50 mm切片并在-15°C下保存在冷冻保护液中。
2）切片应当在合适小瓶中悬浮培养。
3） 以100 mmol/L Tris-HCl、50 mmol/L NaCl（pH 7.4 ）含3%H2O2（v/v）和10% 甲醇的（缓冲液A）在室温下封闭内源性过氧化物酶20分钟。
4）在缓冲液A中清洗切片。将切片与含5% 胎牛血清（v/v）和0.1-0.5% Triton X-100 （v/v）的缓冲液A一起培养。
5）在缓冲液A中清洗切片。将切片与MAB339（稀释10-20 mg/mL）在含5% 胎牛血清（v/v）和0.1-0.5% Triton X-100 （v/v）的缓冲液A中一起在+4°C 下培养12-36小时。
6）在缓冲液A中清洗切片。
7）以标准二抗检测系统（(PAP、ABC等）检测。
8）在缓冲液A中清洗切片。
9）将切片安装在涂覆铬明矾的载玻片上，干燥，脱水并盖上盖玻片。
