特异性

该抗体与人、猪、鸡和大鼠的GFAP反应。在组织切片中，该抗体可染色星形胶质细胞和伯格曼神经胶质细胞（Debus，E.，1983）。
预期与猪、鸡、牛和兔发生交叉反应。
