免疫组化：1：100-1：400， 10 μm 大鼠和豚鼠脑干冷冻切片，使用荧光标记二抗检测（Cuello, 1984; MacMillan and Cuello, 1986).
免疫细胞化学：1：300，大鼠纹状体和海马神经元原代培养物，使用Cy2 或Cy3偶联的二抗检测 （Saudou, 1998).

Met5- 和 Leu5-脑啡肽。与C末端延长的Met-脑啡肽六肽有40%的交叉反应性，与延长的六肽（-Arg-Phe-OH）有7%的交叉反应性，但是不能识别前脑啡肽（pro-enkephalin）或其它内源性肽（Cuello, 1984）。通过免疫组织化学法，该抗体标记已知的表达脑啡肽的所有位点，并且与β脑啡肽或强啡肽没有交叉反应（Cuello, 1984; MacMillan and Cuello, 1986）。

Preparation Note
冻干抗体可在2-8°C下保存长达3个月，长期保存应在-20°C下保存。用100 μL无菌DI水复溶。将未稀释的等分试样在-20°C下保存长达12个月。应避免反复冻/融循环。
