General description
溴脱氧尿苷(BrdU)是胸苷类似物,当外源添加时,在DNA合成过程中会掺入DNA中。抗溴脱氧尿苷单克隆抗体用于标记已掺入BrdU的增殖细胞。 与使用放射性胸苷掺入来鉴定正在复制的细胞相比,该免疫学检测方案具有多个优势。标记和检测可以在同一天进行,而不是像氚标记的细胞放射自显影所要求的那样等待几天,并且消除了使用多个标本获得最佳曝光时间的必要性。此外,通过流式细胞术分析进行抗溴脱氧尿苷染色可以同时评估多个参数。
