General description
M1/70抗体与人和小鼠CD11b(也称为整合素αM)反应。该165-170 kDa细胞表面糖蛋白是介导细胞(细胞-细胞)和细胞外基质组分(例如纤维蛋白原(细胞-基质))之间粘附的整合素受体家族的一部分。此外,整合素是活性信号受体,其将白细胞募集到炎症部位并促进细胞活化。完整的功能性整合素受体由差异表达的整合素链的不同组合组成。整合素αM(CD11b)与整合素β-2(CD18)组装成称为巨噬细胞抗原-1(Mac-1)或补体受体3型(CR3)的受体。该受体通过内皮细胞上的ICAM-1结合并诱导细胞内信号传导,还可以促进携带iC3b的外源细胞的去除。M1/70抗体被广泛用作小鼠巨噬细胞、粒细胞、中性粒细胞和NK细胞上CD11b表达的标志物。据报道,该抗体与恒河猴CD11b也具有交叉反应性。
