General description
Mastl也称丝氨酸/苏氨酸-蛋白激酶长城（GW）和微管相关丝氨酸/苏氨酸-蛋白激酶（MAST-L）。 Mastl 是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶，通过蛋白磷酸酶2A（PP2A）的失活，调节M 期有丝分裂的进入和维持。Mastl 也被认为参与巨核细胞分化和血小板减少症2（THC2）的调节。
观测值〜97 kDa。某些裂解液可能会出现未表征的条带。
