General description
Mastl也称丝氨酸/苏氨酸-蛋白激酶长城(GW)和微管相关丝氨酸/苏氨酸-蛋白激酶(MAST-L)。 Mastl 是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶,通过蛋白磷酸酶2A(PP2A)的失活,调节M 期有丝分裂的进入和维持。Mastl 也被认为参与巨核细胞分化和血小板减少症2(THC2)的调节。
