Millistak+® HC Pro Micro 20 devices offer:

  • Improved scalability during media screening trials
  • Smaller filtration area slightly reduces feedstream volume requirements (approximately 15% less).
  • Transparent housing enables visibility of fluid flow
  • Easier to calculate flow rates based on 20 cm2 filter area


Millistak+® HC Pro media offers:
  • Synthetic materials of construction
  • Reduced TOC extractables and a 50% reduction in the recommended pre-use flush volumes
  • No beta glucans to interfere with limulous amoebocyte lysate (LAL) testing for bacterial endotoxins
  • Lot-to-lot consistency for successful development and implementation of robust clarification processes
  • Two times the filtration capacity with equivalent filter retention properties over commercial DE-based benchmarks
  • Improved HCP impurity clearance


Millistak+® Pod filters offer:
  • Low hold-up volume for greater product yield
  • Flexible, modular format offers scalability up to 20,000 liters
  • Patented disposable design eliminates need for housing, CIP or cleaning validation
  • Self-contained Pod filters protect operators from exposure to biohazards
