General description
Milliflex®培养皿为可直接使用琼脂培养基，可与Milliflex®或Milliflex Oasis®系统配合使用，可方便、快速、可靠地进行生物负荷检测。预充琼脂培养皿有助于简化微生物污染检测工作流程，并提供质量保证，避免外源性污染风险。每个平板为3件式组件，包含约10 mL培养基。沙氏葡萄糖琼脂是用于各种酵母菌和霉菌培养和分离的复合培养基。葡萄糖支持真菌的生长。低 pH 值有利于′真菌生长并抑制样品中的污染细菌。培养基中还添加了氯霉素，以抑制伴随菌群的生长。
