Application
预装m-Endo LES琼脂的Milliflex®培养皿可用于水、废水和乳制品的生物负荷测试和一般微生物分析。广泛应用于制药、化妆品和酿造工业。
General description
Milliflex®培养皿为可直接使用琼脂培养基，可与Milliflex®或Milliflex Oasis®系统配合使用，可方便、快速、可靠地进行生物负荷检测。预充琼脂培养皿有助于简化微生物污染检测工作流程，并提供质量保证，避免外源性污染风险。每个培养皿是3件装的组件，包含约10ml培养基。m-Endo LES琼脂是一种用于检测饮用水中总大肠菌群的选择性培养基。十二烷基硫酸钠和脱氧胆酸钠是革兰氏阳性菌的抑制剂，碱性品红是pH指示剂，添加亚硫酸钠对碱性品红溶液进行脱色，乙醇添加剂增加了配方的抗菌性。乳糖发酵细菌产生乙醛，乙醛与亚硫酸钠和品红反应形成红色菌落。当生物体通过乳糖的快速发酵产生醛时，就会产生金属光泽。如果接种量过大，光泽会被抑制。
