General description

识别HeLa细胞以及扁桃体或正常结肠组织中的~37 kDa PCNA蛋白。
该抗PCNA(Ab-1)小鼠mAb(PC10)经验证可用于免疫印迹、免疫荧光、免疫沉淀石蜡切片以检测PCNA(Ab-1)。
通过使用指定的免疫原免疫BALB/c小鼠并将脾细胞与Sp2/0-Ag14小鼠骨髓瘤细胞融合而产生的纯化的小鼠单克隆抗体。识别~37 kDa PCNA蛋白。
