General description

兔多克隆抗CGRP可识别大鼠杏仁核和脊髓中的α-CGRP。它已被验证可用于免疫荧光,&可与冷冻、石蜡和自由浮动切片一起使用。
兔多克隆抗体以未稀释的血清形式提供。可识别α-CGRP蛋白。

Other Notes

在大鼠杏仁核和脊髓中检查了抗体特异性。用10-5M大鼠α-CGRP预处理抗体可完全消除染色,用大鼠β-CGRP预吸收可部分消除染色。降钙素的预吸收不会导致免疫染色的损失。对于石蜡切片染色,将切片在40 mM枸橼酸钠缓冲液(pH 8.5)中加热至80°C。在单个系统中,应对抗体进行滴定以获得最佳结果。

Preparation Note

用100 µl无菌蒸馏H₂O复溶冻干抗体。注意复溶小瓶的全部内容物;在运输和处理过程中,冻干颗粒的部分可能已脱落,可能不在小瓶底部。溶解后,等分并冷冻保存(-20°C)。储备溶液在-20°C下可稳定保存至多6个月。用无菌PBS或Tris缓冲液稀释,稀释度不高于1:10。避免溶液反复冻融。
