General description
RPMI / F12 Complete Medium contains a 1:1 mixture of RPMI-1640 medium and Ham’s F12 medium, with 2 mM L-glutamine and 10% U.S. origin FBS. RPMI / F12 Complete Medium is a convenient 0.2 μm filtered solution for the culture of primary mammalian cells as well as a variety of normal and transformed cells.
