General description
液体A是一种符合欧洲药典（EP）2.6.1、美国药典（USP）71和日本药典（JP）4.06的通用冲洗缓冲液。灭菌的双层Tyvek®包装可增加测试方法可靠性，简化清洁程序，以最大程度地降低层流罩中的交叉污染风险，并确保隔离器腔室的有效去污。该产品是无色澄清液体，在25℃下pH值为7.1±0.2。在2-25℃（避光）下可保存12个月。一个盒子包含12瓶100ml液体，每瓶带有带隔膜密封件的螺帽，可降低交叉污染的风险并优化消毒程序。
Application
在通过薄膜过滤法进行无菌检查期间，液体A用于冲洗水溶液。它也用于稀释可溶性固体以用于相同的应用。建议将该产品用作非无菌产品膜过滤的冲洗液。它非常适合用作溶解或稀释样品、复溶市售微生物或作为微生物的运输介质。
