Immobilon® Block降噪试剂是专门为蛋白质印迹应用而设计的。该系列无蛋白即用型缓冲液经过优化，可在使用化学发光，荧光或磷酸酪氨酸检测时降低背景水平。Bløk缓冲液非常适合与Immobilon-P蛋白质印迹膜和SNAP i.d.系统一起使用，并且还与标准的蛋白质印迹技术兼容。
