Application
Immobilon® 信号增强试剂经设计用于观察到低信号强度时的蛋白质印迹应用。它在一种即用型试剂中结合了信号放大和阻断功能。抗体-抗原反应的增强可以使信号强度比传统使用的试剂增加 2 到 10 倍。该试剂经配制可用于膜封闭和抗体稀释步骤，可用于传统免疫检测或与 SNAP i.d. 蛋白质检测系统。Immobilon 信号增强试剂与 PVDF 以及硝酸纤维素印迹膜兼容，可与显色、化学发光和荧光检测方法一起使用。
