General description
牛血清白蛋白（BSA）是一种球状，α螺旋状，非糖基化的蛋白质，在肝脏中产生。它由三个同源的，结构上不同的结构域和两个亚结构域组成。BSA具有17个交联并结合成单链的半胱氨酸残基。
Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
