Application

Preparation Note
取58 g溶解于950 ml蒸馏水中,频繁搅拌下加热;煮沸一分钟。121°C下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。冷却至 45-50°C,加入 50 毫升蛋黄碲酸盐乳液(目录编号 75208)。混合均匀并分装至培养皿中。接种样品并划线,然后在 35°C 下孵育 24-48 小时。
