Application
Used for the selective, differential isolation of Aeromonas hydrophila from clinical and environmental specimens.
Preparation Note
Suspend 28.15 g in 500 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Do not autoclave. Cool to 50°C and aseptically add rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Aeromonas Selective Supplement (Cat. No. No. 17119). Mix well and dispense for use as desired.
