Application

Preparation Note

将15.75 g悬浮于500 ml蒸馏水中。加热至沸腾以完全溶解培养基。在121°C加热15分钟进行高压灭菌。冷却至50°C，无菌条件下添加1瓶氯霉素选择性补充剂的无菌重组内含物（货号 29231）。充分混合并倒入无菌培养皿中。
