Application

Preparation Note
将71.4 g悬浮于1升蒸馏水中。煮沸以将培养基完全溶解。在121°C高压灭菌15分钟。冷却至45°C并无菌加入15 ml的无菌1% TTC溶液（货号17779）。充分混匀并倒入至无菌培养皿中。警告：环己酰亚胺毒性很强。避免皮肤接触、气溶胶形成和吸入。
