General description
LB Agar, Vegitone may be used as a culture media for the cultivation of Agrobacterium tumefaciens for the production of transgenic Citrus plants via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.

We offer two media types: the superior granulated GranuCult® and the cost-efficient powdered NutriSelect® culture media, depending on your needs.

Preparation Note
Suspend 35.0 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Dispense as desired.
