General description

Application

胰蛋白胨大豆琼脂可用于薄膜过滤法的预培养和计数步骤（大肠杆菌）。适用于需氧和厌氧细菌的培养。培养基不含X因子（血红素）和V因子（辅酶Ⅰ），加入X因子和V因子纸片后，可用于鉴定嗜血杆菌(Haemophilus sp.)。

Preparation Note

将40 g脱水培养基悬浮于1升纯净的过滤水中。121°C灭菌15分钟。冷却至45-50°C。轻轻混合，分散到无菌培养皿或无菌培养管中。
