General description
Luria Bertani Broth Vegitone 不含来自动物的材料。它用于大肠埃杆菌重组菌株的培养和维持，并可用于不使特别难养型微生物的常规培养。
Preparation Note
- 制备好的培养基在8°C以下保存，避免直射光照。
- 脱水粉末置于密封容器中，在2-25°C下干燥处保存。
将20 g悬浮于1000 ml蒸馏水中。加热至培养基完全溶解。在15 lbs 压力（121°C）下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。根据需要分配。
