General description

苯胺蓝是碱性品红经苯基化和磺化后产生的阴离子染料的传统名称。它是甲基蓝（Cl 42780，酸性蓝93）和水蓝（Cl 42755，酸性蓝22）的混合物。

Application

苯胺蓝（标称甲基蓝或水溶蓝）是常用多色染色剂的组分。Heidenhain′s AZAN染色剂和Mallory′s多色染色剂都需要使用苯胺蓝与橙G混合物进行染色。苯胺蓝用于Gomori的一步三色染色剂和Mallory的结缔组织染色剂，适用于肾脏和肠道等组织。
认证可用于 Mallorys 结缔组织染色和 Gomori 一步法三色。
