Application

for the detection and enumeration of fungi, particularly yeasts in butter, syrups, and other materials, especially in the soft drinks industry

Preparation Note

Suspend 33.0 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water, add 2-3 g of glycerol. Heat until boiling and the medium has dissolved completely.Distribute into appropriate containers and sterilize at 121ºC for 15 minutes.

We offer two media types: the superior granulated GranuCult® and the cost-efficient powdered NutriSelect® culture media, depending on your needs.
The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
