Preparation Note

取14克悬浮于1000 ml 蒸馏水中。加热至沸腾,完全溶解培养基。每份 5 ml,分装至带螺纹盖试管。在15 lbs 压力(121°C)下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。保持试管直立,冷却培养基。接种试管,并覆盖 2至3 ml无菌矿物油。
