Preparation Note
取14克悬浮于1000 ml 蒸馏水中。加热至沸腾，完全溶解培养基。每份 5 ml，分装至带螺纹盖试管。在15 lbs 压力（121°C）下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。保持试管直立，冷却培养基。接种试管，并覆盖 2至3 ml无菌矿物油。
