General description

Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone is a non-nutritive sweetening agent, widely used as flavor enhancer and flavor modifier in food products. It is also involved in improving the sweetness profile and suppressing bitterness/saltiness properties.

Application

Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in fruits and wastewater samples using different chromatography techniques.
