General description

Application
本分析标准品还可作如下用途：
- 通过大体积注射（LVI）气相色谱-真空紫外光谱（GC-VUV）同时鉴定和定量甲基衍生后血浆样品中的脂肪酸
- 采用近红外光谱法（NIRS）结合改进偏最小二乘（MPLS）和偏最小二乘（PLS）回归法测定从 93 种不同向日葵品种提取的葵花籽油的脂肪酸组成
- 采用—偏最小二乘法（PLS）、PLS-无信息变量消除法（UVE）、PLS-竞争自适应重加权抽样法（CARS）和多元线性回归法（MLR）-UVE四种不同组合方法，结合近红外光谱（NIR）对 186 份沙棘籽油样品中的棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸进行分离和定量
- 使用基于气相色谱-火焰电离检测（GC-FID）的无衍生法分析油酸及其它相关脂肪酸的多残留
- 无需任何事先的样品处理，使用基于超高效液相色谱-质谱（UHPLC）方法的分离、鉴定和测定 8 种不同商业橄榄油样品中的八种饱和和不饱和脂肪酸
- 开发一种液相色谱-质谱（LC-MS）法，测定 57 例健康人血浆样品中7种羟基脂肪酸酯（FAHFA）、4 种脂肪酸和 4 种心血管相关生物标志物
