Preparation Note
将21.0 g溶于240 ml蒸馏水中，并在121°C下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。将一瓶复水的Thayer-Martin Supplement I（货号44051）和Thayer-Martin Supplement II（货号52083）在50°C左右加入培养基。另外添加250 ml无菌2％血红蛋白（货号08449）溶液。轻柔地混合，再倒入无菌培养皿或试管中制成斜面。
