General description
(−)-石竹烯氧化物(BCPO)属于食品和化妆品质量控制用香料和香精标准品类。它是β-石竹烯(BCP)的氧化衍生物,也是一种双环倍半萜烯分子, 它已被鉴定为各种药用和食用植物精油(包括丁香油,丹参花油等)的重要成分。该化合物在平滑肌制剂中有松弛作用,并在心脏中充当钙通道阻滞剂,因而可用于治疗高血压。它有多种用途,可用作镇痛药、肿瘤抑制剂、食品调味剂、香水和化妆品成分等。
