制备说明
将36.6 g悬浮于1L蒸馏水中。在沸水浴或流动蒸汽中加热，直到介质完全溶解。在121°C下高温灭菌15分钟。在水浴中冷却至45-50°C，轻轻搅拌并取15ml倒入无菌培养皿中。如在+2至+8°C且避光环境下保存，培养皿可在1周内保持稳定状态。
