General description

Biochem/physiol Actions

革兰氏染色可区分革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌。细菌细胞壁的胞壁质结构是颜色亲和力的基础。首先用结晶紫给细菌染色，然后用碘溶液染色，形成染料-碘复合物。这种复合物在脱色后保留在革兰氏阳性菌细胞壁的多层粘肽结构中，形成蓝紫色。 革兰氏阴性细菌的细胞壁由单层粘肽结构组成，不会保留染料-碘复合物，可吸收番红复染液，从而呈现粉红色。
