General description
普鲁兰多糖时一种线性葡聚糖多糖，由 α-1,4-麦芽三糖重复单元组成。它由类似酵母菌的真菌 黑酵母菌 产生，该真菌来源于淀粉，且两个麦芽糖单元由 α-1,6键连接。
Application
