Application

本品用于通过膜过滤技术检测粪便大肠菌。

Preparation Note

将52 g溶解在1升蒸馏水中，煮沸以完全溶解。添加10 ml 1% 玫瑰红酸（货号861324），溶剂为0.2 N NaOH。频繁搅拌下继续加热1分钟。请勿高压蒸汽灭菌！冷却至45-50°C。在培养皿（50-60mm）中分装4毫升，并待其固化。
