Mueller Hinton 琼脂 2 是由 Bauer 等人和 NCCLS 建议用于病原体敏感性试验的固体培养基。将浸渍了已知量抗生素的抗生素药敏试纸置于琼脂表面上。生产中添加了少量的胸腺嘧啶、胸腺嘧啶核苷、钙和镁。
Preparation Note
将 38 g 悬浮于 1000 mL 纯水中。频繁搅拌下加热并煮沸一分钟。121°C灭菌15分钟。冷却至50℃。 混匀并分装至无菌培养皿中。
