白蛋白是一种球状蛋白质。血清白蛋白是多基因蛋白家族成员。人血清白蛋白 (HSA) 由三个形成心形结构的同源结构域 (I-III) 组成。每个结构域都都包含两个子结构域 A 和 B。牛血清白蛋白 (BSA) 的结构与 HSA 非常相似——心形结构,具有三个同源结构域 (I-III),每个结构域具有三个子结构域。
应用
山羊来源白蛋白已用于验证放射免疫分析 (RIA)-780 和 805 的特异性。
生化/生理作用
白蛋白是一种高度可溶、多功能的主要循环血浆蛋白。它在生理学和药理学领域具有重要作用。白蛋白参与金属、胆固醇、激素、胆色素、药物和脂肪酸的转运。它可调节渗透压并在各个腔室之间分配液体。此外,血浆白蛋白还具有抗氧化作用,可最大限度减少氧化压力。白蛋白在总血清抗氧化特性方面发挥主要作用。
