General description
浸镜油具有一定的折射率，约为1.516。重要的是，折射率（nD）约为 1.5，类似于玻璃的折射率。这使得能够实现均匀的油浸。浸镜油与油浸物镜结合使用，位于样本表面和显微镜透镜之间。浸油实际上可消除光束偏转，从而大大提高透镜的效能。
