生化/生理作用

D-甘露醇可以增强AMP活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)和乙酰辅酶A羧化酶1 (ACC) 的磷酸化，可能在脂肪分解和脂肪氧化中具有重要作用。它用作减肥补充剂。D-甘露醇可刺激短链脂肪酸(SCFA)合成，从而调节肝脏中的脂质代谢。
