Preparation Note

Solve 8 g in 1 litre distilled water. Autoclave 15 minutes at 121°C.
Application
Nutrient broth has been used:
- for culturing Azospirillum brasilense
- for reconstitution of freeze dried Staphylococcus aureus culture
- for culturing Pseudomonas aeruginosa NCIMB 8626
