Preparation Note

将23 g,pH 6.8营养琼脂悬浮在1000 ml蒸馏水中。煮沸以完全溶解培养基。在15 lbs. 压力下(121°C)高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。如果需要,可用5-10%v / v无菌脱纤维血强化培养基。
