Application
The Standard Reference Material (SRM) is primarily intended for use as an internal standard in X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) for measuring sulfur in oils and other liquid hydrocarbon matrices.
Features and Benefits
- NIST certified value for sulfur content is reported based on analyses by isotope dilution thermal ionization mass spectrometry (ID-TIMS)
- Maintenance and expiration of SRM certificate, instructions for use are provided on the NIST certificate.
