生化/生理作用

溶液 A 和溶液 B 在使用前以 1:1 混合,并添加到保持金标记部分的载玻片上。5-10 分钟后,用蒸馏水冲洗载玻片,在硫代硫酸钠溶液中固定 2-3 分钟,并再次冲洗。该部分现在可以根据需要进行复染和固定。

特点和优势

胶体金标签通常仅在电子显微镜水平可见。银增强剂通过沉淀金属银来放大金胶体标签,从而在光学显微镜下可看到高对比度信号。这个过程不需要暗室,因为银增强剂工作溶液在普通实验室照明下可以稳定 20-30 分钟。
