General description
EX-CELL® CD昆虫细胞培养基可作为草地夜蛾(Spodoptera frugiperda, Sf)细胞（例如Sf21和Sf9细胞）的扩增和生产培养基，也适合Tni、C636和S2细胞。该培养基优化用于无弹状病毒的Sf-RVN®昆虫细胞株(Sf9)的优异生长和生产，两者共同组成Sf-RVN®平台。培养基配方化学成分明确、不含动物成分，含有L-谷氨酰胺。
Application
- EX-CELL® CD Insect Cell Medium can be used as an amplificationmedium and production medium for Spodoptera frugiperda (Sf) cells such as Sf21and Sf9 cells and is compatible with Tni, C636 and S2 cells.
- The media has been optimized to get excellent growth andproductivity for the rhabdoviruse-free Sf-RVN® Insect Cell Line (Sf9). Togetherthose products form the Sf-RVN®Platform.
- This product is intended for research or furthermanufacturing but not for human or therapeutic use
