Application
- Long-Term CHO Cell Culture (Suspension) -Supports ≥95% viability and ≥2×10⁶ cells/mL for robust, reproducible CHO suspension culture
- GS Selection Workflows - Suitable for CHO cells using glutamine synthetase (GS) selection, including the CHOZN® GS knockout cell line; supplied without L-glutamine to support GS-based selection systems
- DHFR⁻ Gene Amplification including the CHOZN® DHFR knockout cell line
- Monoclonal Antibody (mAb) Development & Manufacturing - Supports CHO-based production of secreted recombinant proteins and antibodies, as demonstrated using rIgG-producing CHO cell lines
