General description

Application
- EX-CELL®Advanced CHOFeed 1 (with glucose) platform from SAFC has been specifically developed to supportgrowth and productivity across a diverse set of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)cells in fed-batch cultures while still allowing for flexibility in theadjustment of protein quality attributes.
- This contemporary fed-batch platform was developedusing a strategy of Multivariate Analysis to establish correlations in whichthe formulation components influence critical process and product attributessuch as titer, fold expansion, receptor expression, and glycosylation.
